There is absolutely nothing preventing Microsoft from providing links to download older software except a lack of interest in supporting their customers Also nothing prevents Microsoft from creating a new 'product' in the app store.

Hi, I have the same issue. If the developers genuinely took on board feedback from the App Store, they would see that their app has more one star reviews than any other single rating. Highly appreciate your understanding. This thread is locked. Upgrading is simply not an option. I have the same problem. Ask a new question.
